I am Jelmer, and I joined ASIF in October 2020 as a fellow at the Dealflow & Investment team. I studied PPLE (Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics) and Law at the University of Amsterdam, and I am currently doing a Masters of Laws (LLM) at Leiden University.

I decided to join ASIF because I’ve always been very interested in entrepreneurship and investing. At ASIF I can combine both, and it really is the only place where students get the chance to experience the world of VC first-hand. Although I’m studying to become a lawyer, I’d love to become an entrepreneur myself or join a VC some day.
