Xuelong Fu
Hi there! My name is Xuelong and while I was born in China, I grew up mostly in the Netherlands. Currently, I am finishing my bachelor's in artificial intelligence at the University of Amsterdam, while also pursuing a master’s in International Organization in the Hague and a pre-master’s econometrics in Rotterdam. Recently, I joined the Deal Flow team at ASIF, focusing on the investments and technology side.
The fellowship at ASIF is a unique opportunity for me to learn more about the exciting world of startups, network with young entrepreneurs, and experience the process of venture capital first-hand. My interdisciplinary background in politics, business administration, and AI also enables me to contribute flexibly and holistically to the deal process, especially as ASIF focuses on a diverse range of startups. Startups are core to innovation and many help solve our society’s pressing problems. I am excited to be part of ASIF and concretely contribute to fostering a thriving startup culture in Amsterdam.
